MHS NEEDS YOUR HELP!!!

Mass Humane Society is looking for Volunteers that are mature, self motivated and can work independently, with some animal experience to help care for the animals and help clean the Shelter.

The days and hours are:
Monday through Sunday - 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM, 5:30 PM to 7:45 PM
We are looking for Cat Care and Dog Care, Foster Care Homes for Cats. Dog Walkers, Fundraising Committee, Help transport animals to and from the Vet's Office and yard work help.

Dog Walkers/Kennel Maintenance:

This Volunteer position includes: Sweeping & washing dogs' kennels,
refreshing dogs' bedding, feeding & refreshing water dishes, "poop patrol" in the yard and
an enjoyable walk for the dogs and yourself, play time with the dogs in the fenced-in yard.

Cat Care:

This Volunteer position includes: Cleaning & washing out of cat boxes,
disinfecting of cages, replacing clean cat bedding in cages & out of cages,
refreshing water and feed, sweeping all cat areas, and other small projects.

Once we receive your volunteer application a MHS volunteer will call you for a telephone pre-interview. We also suggest you take 10 minutes or your time and come down to the shelter and see your area of interest.
