Massachusetts Humane Society is now accepting donations for the MHS Legal Defense Fund.

Monies donated to this fund will only be used for the legal issues
of aiding in the prosecution of cases involving animal abuse, animal neglect
or the wrongful death or injury of an animal which has been brought to the attention
of the Massachusetts Humane Society, as well as legal issues related to the MHS Shelter.

These cases could involve area cats and dogs,
as well as all other small animals kept as pets and farm animals.

We may file the complaint or be a partner or witness to an existing case;
in addition, MHS may retain outside counsel
to represent us in abuse, neglect or related MHS shelter issues.

Please help support our work.

We want to make sure that animal abusers are brought to justice.

All animals deserve the dignity of being treated well
and none should live their lives in pain or suffering.

We aim to give a legal voice to animals in need.
